Return & Refund Policy
At Belibags, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our handcrafted leather goods. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear, fair, and hassle-free return process designed for your confidence and peace of mind.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition with all tags, dust bags, and protective packaging intact.
Returns requested after 30 days or for items showing signs of use cannot be accepted.
2. Return Authorization & Shipping
For security and traceability, all returns must be authorized by our studio team before shipping.
- Initiate: Email support@belibags.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.
- Dispatch: Securely package your item. We recommend using a trackable service or insured carrier, as Belibags is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Note: Unless the return is due to an artisan defect or our shipping error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Each Belibags item is hand-inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement, including original shipping fees.

4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or conditioning treatments.
- Gift cards.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected at our workshop, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original method of payment only.
- Bank Posting: Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for your preferred style.
