1. Currency & Pricing

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD $). Prices displayed on our website exclude applicable sales tax and shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.

Belibags reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the price displayed during purchase.

Note for International cardholders: Your financial institution may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

2. Authorized Payment Methods

For your security, we accept only verified payment methods through trusted providers:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club
• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay
• Secure Gateways: PayPal and Shop Pay

Note: Cash on delivery, personal checks, or wire transfers are not accepted.

3. Billing Verification & Fraud Prevention

To safeguard our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, the billing address provided must match the one on file with your financial institution.

• Additional verification may be required for orders exceeding $1,000.00.
• Orders flagged as “High Risk” will be canceled, and funds released to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Sales Tax & Payment Processing

Belibags is registered in the State of Texas and collects sales tax on all orders shipped to Texas addresses. Tax rates are calculated based on the destination jurisdiction.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, a Level 1 PCI DSS–compliant gateway. We do not store or handle raw credit card data or CVV codes.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Due to our immediate artisan fulfillment process, orders may only be modified or canceled within two (2) hours of placement (CST).

Once an order enters the Artisan Inspection phase, it cannot be changed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for post-delivery options.
