Note: Cash on delivery (COD), personal checks, and bank wire transfers are not accepted for online orders.

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, Belibags does not store or access raw credit card information. Your payment data is securely transmitted directly to our PCI-compliant gateways, ensuring it never resides on our studio servers.

4. Billing Information & Verification

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity, the billing name and address must match your card issuer’s records. Orders that do not pass automated fraud screening will be canceled and funds released immediately.

International cardholders: Your bank may apply foreign transaction or currency conversion fees that are the responsibility of the cardholder.

5. Sales Tax & Payment Disputes

As a registered business in the State of Texas, Belibags collects sales tax on orders shipped to Texas addresses. Tax rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Refunds for eligible returns are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. If you encounter a billing error, please contact support@belibags.com before initiating a chargeback.
