1. SHIPPING TIMELINE, SHIPPING RATES & METHODS

We treat every handbag as a work of art. To ensure your selection meets our craftsmanship standards, each piece undergoes a final inspection before leaving our Texas studio.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-06:00).
  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days.
  • Transit Time: 1–3 Business Days.
  • Shipping Cost: $15.
  • Total Delivery Time: 2–5 Business Days.

All shipments include a unique tracking number sent via email once your order transitions from our workshop to the carrier.

2. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Your security is paramount. Once your order transitions to USPS, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can track your order here.

  • Signature Required: For your protection, orders valued over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
  • Address Accuracy: We are unable to modify the delivery address once an order has shipped to prevent fulfillment errors or fraud. If you need to change your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • P.O. Boxes: We proudly ship to U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes, via USPS Priority.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Every USPS shipment from our studio is fully insured. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim via our Return & Refund Policy.
